How to fix your curtain rod?

A set of curtain rod generally consists of a bar, two brackets and two finials.

For a wall fixing
For an optimal result, the curtain rod must be placed between 10 cm and 15 cm above the window. To facilitate its opening, we generally pose the curtain rod on two brackets fixed a few centimeters from each of the window frames. We will then let the curtain rod exceed 20 cm on each side of the supports. Depending on the space you have, these indications can be adjusted.
For a ceiling fixing
For an optimal result, the curtain rod must also be placed on two brackets fixed on the ceiling, on each side of the window, at ten centimeters of the frame. In order to facilitate its opening, we carefully fix the rod 15 cm from the window approximately. Finally, we always let the curtain rod exceed 20 cm on each side of the supports.
